Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Retail Sales Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad location. In this on-site role, you will assist in managing daily retail operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, supervising staff performance, and helping meet sales targets. Responsibilities also include maintaining store appearance, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing sales strategies to enhance customer experience.

• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive customer relationships.
• Understanding of Customer Experience best practices to ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous experience in retail or sales roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management are a plus.
