Key Responsibilities

* Develop innovative, brand-aligned QSR designs, layouts, materials, and colour schemes.

* Optimize kitchen, seating, customer flow, and overall space planning.

* Manage new store openings, remodels, and relocations.

* Set project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

* Monitor project budgets, quality, timelines, and execution.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

* Conduct regular vendor/contractor meetings and resolve project-related concerns.

* Ensure brand consistency and quality across projects.

Required Skills

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software

Commercial kitchen layouts & furniture design

Project planning & execution

Decision-making & problem-solving

Stakeholder & vendor management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively
