What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)

  • Run daily restaurant operations opening to closing
  • Lead service on the floor especially during peak hours
  • Train and coach the team on service, grooming, and brand standards
  • Handle guest feedback personally calmly and professionally
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen for smooth service flow
  • Monitor inventory, wastage, and F&B costs
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times
  • Execute promotions and brief the team before launches
  • Be present, visible, and accountable every shift

Who Can Apply

This role is for trained hotel restaurant professionals only.

You should apply if:

  • You hold a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management
  • You have minimum 4 years of experience in hotel restaurant operations (Experience in business hotels, boutique hotels, or premium hotel brands preferred)
  • You have managed service across multiple meal periods
  • You have handled in-house guest complaints and service recovery
  • You lead from the floor, not from the office
  • You aspire to grow into senior hotel F&B leadership roles
