Job Summary

You will lead daily restaurant operations at Bugis Junction, driving maintenance, inventory management, and team performance to deliver exceptional dining experiences that align with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality customer service
• Oversee maintenance and timely ordering of food and supplies to maintain inventory levels and operational efficiency
• Hire and train junior staff to meet company expectations and enhance team capabilities
• Deliver excellent service to both external customers and internal team members, fostering a positive dining environment
• Lead and motivate staff through effective people management to maintain a productive and engaged workforce
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and teamwork to support operational goals
• Apply hands-on skills to perform basic operational tasks and support daily restaurant activities
• Maintain physical fitness and stamina to work effectively in a standing environment

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 to 5.5 working days per week with a minimum of 6 off days per month
• Location: Bugis Junction
