Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in South Delhi. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure that customer satisfaction is at its peak, and manage and motivate the team. Key responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of customer service, managing staff schedules and hiring, assisting with food and beverage management, and ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently. The role also involves implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service management to ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and Hiring skills for team building and staff development.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and quality control.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
- Experience in restaurant management or similar roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
