Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are looking for friendly and motivated individuals to join our Service Team. You will play a key role in delivering a pleasant dining experience while upholding the standards of Japanese hospitality.

Responsibilities

. Welcome and attend to customers in a warm, polite, and professional manner.

. Take and process orders accurately provide menu recommendations when needed.

. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation.

. Handle customer enquiries and feedback efficiently.

. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.

. Operate POS system for billing and payment collection.

. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

. Restock service items such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.

. Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines.

Requirements:

. Previous experience in a mid- to high-end restaurant setting is an advantage.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Positive attitude with good customer service skills.

. Team player with good communication skills.

. Flexibility to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
