Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Officer located in Noida. The Assistant Relationship Officer will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing financial guidance, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing financial requirements, and promoting Finance Point's services tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Finance
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
