Job Description

Role Relationship Manager, International Banking

Roles And Responsibilities

Performance Analysis
Monitor Financial performance against KPI for the BU
Prepare detailed report and presentations for executive leadership summarizing business performance, trends and recommendations
Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and develop action plan
Strong understanding of financial numbers, allocation of budgets and developing data-driven insights as part of the unit's business strategy.
Regulatory and Compliance submissions
Closely monitoring and submitting regulatory submissions for compliance with extant regulations
Tracking deviations and course correcting on compliance
Co-ordinating with internal and external auditors for data extraction and submission
Client Servicing and Solutioning
Responsible for client servicing and maintenance activities of International Banking clients - banks and fintechs
Ensuring business continuity through strategic client management and planning

Qualifications

Post-Graduates and MBA / CA preferred
7+ years of experience in business planning, strategy or financial analysis
Strong analytical skills with understanding of forecasting techniques
Excellent communication and presentation skills required for preparation of management review decks
Ability to work closely and cohesively with various departments of the bank including finance, compliance, audit and business units
