An Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Relationship Managers in managing and servicing client portfolios.
- Support client onboarding by collecting and verifying required documents.
- Handle daily client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Prepare reports, credit proposals, and client review documents.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support client meetings by preparing presentations and summaries.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Preferred in MS Office and basic financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
