Assistant Relationship Manager, SEA/ GC Market

Our client, a well-established Global Private Bank, is seeking experienced and driven Assistant Relationship Managers to join their Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality, personalized services to High Net Worth (HNW) clients
• Assist in account opening, account maintenance, and execution of trades/orders
• Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding, including enhanced KYC reviews and benchmarking
• Respond to client and RM enquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day account operations
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure efficient service delivery
• Provide administrative and operational support, including ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

• CACS Paper 1 & 2 completed
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management
• Strong working knowledge of account opening processes, KYC documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Good understanding of private banking products, services, and compliance frameworks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive team player with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Fluency in Chinese is a plus, as the role may involve supporting Chinese speaking clients
