Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Relationship Manager located in Surat. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs. The role involves contributing to the overall growth of the bank by cross-selling products, maintaining client portfolios, and achieving pre-defined targets. A strong performance focus, along with strict adherence to bank policies and regulations, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and managing customer relationships effectively
  • Knowledge of banking products, loan processing, and financial services for a well-rounded client advising experience
  • Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and cross-sell banking services
  • Problem-solving abilities to efficiently address customer needs and provide customized financial solutions
  • Proficiency with technology and banking software for effective account management
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Work experience or understanding of the financial services or banking industry is an advantage
  • Commitment to compliance with banking regulations and ethical practices
