Assistant Regional Operations Manager – HotelsLocation: Udaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to manage operations across partner hotels in Udaipur and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across partner hotels, ensuring smooth guest experience and service delivery.
- Manage show schedules, equipment upkeep, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Hire, train, and supervise on-ground operational teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Hotel GMs, Sales, F&B, Concierge, and Banquet teams.
- Coordinate with wedding and event teams for seamless execution of activations and guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and operational reporting.
- Handle basic hardware troubleshooting and ensure equipment uptime.
- Maintain SOPs, incident logs, and sales reconciliation reports.
- Identify and onboard new hotel partners across Udaipur and the Mewar region.
- Share regular performance and operational updates with management.
Requirements- 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel operations or premium hospitality environments.
- Experience handling destination weddings, banquets, or large-scale events.
- Strong leadership, guest relations, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English, Mawari.
- Comfortable with technology and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Willing to work on weekends and during peak wedding seasons.
- Strong network within the hospitality industry preferred.
Preferred- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Exposure to experiential hospitality, entertainment, or event operations.
