Job Description: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage complete blue collar recruitment (Skilled and Un-skilled) lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring, Field work , Campus Hiring, lateral hiring, and niche hiring requirements.
- Hiring through Skilled centers and Educational Organizations, NGO.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and College databases.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely closures within defined TAT.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business heads and clients to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
Team Handling
- Guide and support recruiters ,HR field recruiters and Hr executives.
- Train junior team members on sourcing and recruitment best practices.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
Employer Branding
- Support social media hiring campaigns and job posting activities.
- Participate in campus hiring drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Promote the company brand across recruitment channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or UG or PG with Bulk hiring experience
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in staffing, consultancy, or outsourcing industry preferred.
- Strong exposure to blue-collar Bulk hiring.
