Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager at Dilip Buildcon Ltd. The role involves assisting in ensuring quality control and assurance in all project phases, overseeing the implementation of quality management systems, and complying with industry standards and specifications. The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will also monitor project deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues, and provide training on quality standards to ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, quality control processes, and monitoring techniques
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards
- Excellent communication, training, and team collaboration skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and addressing quality issues
- Knowledge of roadway construction, EPC practices, and regulatory compliance standards is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in quality assurance or construction project management is highly desirable
