Job Description:
We are looking for a
Regulatory Assistant / Assistant Quality Analyst with
34 years of hands-on experience in FSSAI food regulations for the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review product formulations as per FSSAI regulations
- Conduct raw material review and ensure compliance
- Ensure product compliance with Indian food regulatory standards
- Support licensing and registration activities
- Assist in artwork review of food & beverage products
- Maintain regulatory documentation and records
Required Experience & Skills:
- 34 years of experience in FSSAI food regulation
- Strong understanding of Indian food compliance norms
- Experience in product formulation & raw material review
- Knowledge of food labeling and artwork compliance
- Prior experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry (preferred)
Eligibility:
- Relevant qualification in Food Technology / Food Science / Quality / Regulatory Affairs
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
