Role Description
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a full-time position located on-site in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining schedules. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, monitoring project progress, managing logistical operations, and facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and services
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and tracking project timelines and deliverables
- Strong skills in Inspection to ensure quality control and compliance with standards
- Knowledge of Logistics Management for monitoring supply flows and optimizing distribution processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate teams and multitask
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in project coordination or management roles is an advantage
