Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Project Manager with experience in corporate interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and ensuring quality delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing end-to-end corporate interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and execution progress
- Ensure timely completion of projects with quality compliance
- Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
- Track material procurement and vendor coordination
- Prepare project reports, MOMs, and status updates
- Resolve site-level issues and execution challenges
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Support billing, documentation, and project closure activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 5–9 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out/project execution
- Good understanding of commercial interior projects and site execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project coordination tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
