The Role

Support end-to-end project execution for smart home developments, balancing cutting-edge automation with heritage preservation. Grow into a leader shaping Mumbai's future skyline.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Manage timelines, budgets, and feasibility studies for smart home conversions.

Tech Integration: Collaborate with IoT/Automation vendors to implement systems (lighting, security, energy management).

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with residents, contractors, and civic authorities to align projects with community needs.

Documentation: Track permits, budgets, and compliance for Mumbai's regulatory landscape.

We Value Candidates Who

Hold a degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management.

Have 1-3 years in real estate/construction (smart home projects preferred).

Master project tools (MS Project, Excel) and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Speak fluent English/Hindi and respect Mumbai's cultural fabric.
