Job Summary: As the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing the Step Up program, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational structure, defining roles and responsibilities, and delivering on key business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse team, leverage cutting-edge technology, and make a significant impact on our clients success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outline and create a clear organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, and deliverables for the PMO/Step Up team within the Space Org
- Balance investment with ROI while managing and leading the team
- Define and implement collaboration platforms with Accounts, PMO team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure key client experiences and PDS Space targets are met
- Establish and implement a cadence of regular connections with sales, GADs, and Account leadership teams
- Target key accounts and relationships to focus on per quarter, tracking new client wins and renewals/repeat business
- Drive growth of the Accounts PDS business
- Manage the Step Up program
- Collaborate closely with Head of Sales and the GADs/Account leadership team to leverage relationships for better client management
- Win account clients and deliver services in collaboration with city teams
- Enhance delivery capabilities where gaps exist
- Work closely with Space Leads as needed
- Utilize insights to activate delivery excellence and create differentiated client experiences
- Maintain a culture of continuous learning and personal development for the team
- Promote an inclusive and empowering culture that attracts and engages diverse talent and provides meaningful work
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or professional services industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- Experience with customer experience management platforms
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and challenges
- Experience in implementing and managing collaboration platforms
- Track record of successful business development and client acquisition
