Your impact

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive AssistantProject Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes effectively.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
    • Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts.
    • Motivate and guide team members to deliver high-quality results.
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Address project issues promptly to minimize impact.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
  • Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare regular status reports for senior management.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
Here's what you'll need

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMP certification is a plus).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
