Job Summary

Lead and manage construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate resources, supervise site operations, and engage stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in planning projects, develop quality control plans, and manage project costing to ensure financial and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site project activities to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly
  • Drive smooth project execution and completion within established cost, time, and quality targets
  • Oversee daily site operations and allocate necessary operational resources to maintain workflow continuity
  • Requisition labor, materials, and equipment in a timely manner to support project schedules
  • Facilitate site meetings and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities on project matters

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, Building, or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably HDB projects candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager roles
  • Effective communication skills to engage with diverse staff levels

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Certification for Construction Safety Course for Project Manager (added advantage)
