Project Execution & Coordination
Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project execution
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors
Monitor work progress as per approved drawings, BOQ, and schedule
Ensure site readiness, manpower planning, and material availability
Planning & Scheduling
Support in preparing and tracking project schedules and milestones
Update daily / weekly progress reports and trackers
Identify potential delays and risks and report to the PM
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Support implementation of safety norms and site discipline
Assist in inspections, snag closures, and handover activities
Billing & Documentation Support
Coordinate with QS/Billing team for measurements and RA billing
Maintain site documentation DPRs, WCCs, MBs, drawings, approvals
Assist in managing variations, extra items, and client instructions
Client & Internal Coordination
Attend client/site meetings and prepare MOMs
Coordinate with design, procurement, and commercial teams
Support client communication and issue resolution
