Job Summary
The Project Manager will support the end-to-end execution of client projects by assisting in planning, coordination, and tracking project deliverables. Working closely with domain experts and cross-functional teams, this role ensures smooth alignment of internal resources with client expectations, while maintaining timelines and project quality. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role ideal for candidates looking to grow in project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain.
Roles and responsibilities
Assist in creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (SMEs, domain experts, IT, etc.) to mobilize required resources
Support the identification and clarification of project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Track project progress and flag risks or delays to the Project Lead
Participate in client calls to understand and capture expectations clearly
Maintain and update weekly workplans, timesheets, and task trackers
Help ensure adherence to established SOPs and delivery processes
Communicate project updates, timelines, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
Document minutes of meetings, project changes, and follow-ups effectively
Work with the team to proactively identify issues and support mitigation strategies
Ensure continuity by keeping backups and contingency resources in place when possible
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
25 years of relevant experience in project coordination or junior project management
Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or scientific services
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, MS Project, Asana, or similar project tracking platforms
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Strong collaboration and stakeholder coordination skills
