Job Description

Role Overview:

Working closely with either the project manager or the senior project manager (or both), you'll play a pivotal role in driving project success. You'll take ownership of small projects and provide support for larger ones. As one of the leaders, you'll explore ways to optimize team performance and ensure successful outcomes for all stakeholders. You are responsible for organizing each project, ensuring streamlined reporting, communication, and working procedures, while maintaining clear objectives for each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Support: Attend Project Control Groups (PCG) meetings and assist the project manager in creating accurate PCG reports.
  • Technology Implementation: Help drive the effective use of JLL technologies such as Project Home Page (PHP), Prolog, and Atlas.
  • Budget Management: Forecast project expenditure and ensure that each process remains within a reasonable cost.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and balancing those with JLL's business objectives.
  • Revenue & Payment Management: Ensure project revenue and payment cycles are properly managed to avoid bad debt.
  • Consultant & Vendor Management: Manage professional consultants for project design and documentation, and carry out contract administration for vendors.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and take steps to mitigate them.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create and distribute project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in a property-related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage client relationships, and proficiency in project management tools.
  • Leadership: Ability to promote open, constructive, and collaborative relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
