We're Hiring for Teaching Posts in the Department of Psychology, The NorthCap University

Department of Psychology at The Northcap University invites applications for full time academic positions of Assistant and Associate Professors. The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellence in teaching, research, and academic administration. The positions are intended to support undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in psychology and contribute to the strategic development of the Department.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Minimum Eligibility and Qualifications

1. PhD and Master's Degreewith first class or equivalent

Desired Qualifications and Experience

1. Good research publication record in peer-reviewed journals (Scopus/Web of Science/ABDC).

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Minimum Eligibility and Qualifications

1. PhD and Master's Degreewith first class or equivalent
2. Minimum seven publications in SCI / SCOPUS / WOS / ABDC / UGC / AICTE approved journals.
3. Evidence of at least one PhD candidate under supervision.
4. Experience: Minimum eight years full time teaching, research or industrial experience at Assistant Professor level or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

1. Excellent publication record with good research impact reflected through citations, indexing, and scholarly recognition at national and international levels.
2. Experience of projects funded by Government / CSIR / ICSSR / any other recognized body.
3. Patents Published and Granted from national/international funding organizations.
4. Track record of MDP/ Consultancy/ and other outreach activities such as organizing conferences, FDP and workshops.
