Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with an MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; PhD is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic capability along with relevant industry or consulting experience in areas such as FMCG, consumer products, luxury, retail, e-commerce, or other consumer-facing businesses.

Role Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality undergraduate teaching, integrate industry insights, live projects, cases and simulations into the classroom, contribute to research and publications, mentor students, and actively participate in OCAC initiatives, curriculum development, competitions, and industry engagement.

Qualifying Criteria – ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

  • Master's degree with minimum 55% in the concerned/relevant discipline.
  • NET/SLET/SET or PhD as per applicable UGC regulations.
  • Minimum 2 SCI publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
  • PhD and relevant teaching/industry experience preferred.
  • Additional academic contributions including conference papers, publications, consultancy, or other research work will be valued.

Compensation

Compensation follows UGC norms. For candidates with strong research potential, teaching excellence, or relevant industry experience, remuneration will be aligned competitively.
