About the Role

We are looking for experienced and academically driven Assistant Professors / Subject Faculty to join our academic team. The selected faculty members will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom teaching, mentoring students, developing academic content, and contributing to the overall academic development of students.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Deliver engaging and industry-oriented lectures in the respective subject area.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
• Use contemporary teaching methodologies, practical examples, business cases, simulations, and experiential learning approaches.
• Ensure effective delivery of the prescribed curriculum within academic timelines.
• Continuously update subject knowledge based on emerging industry trends, technologies, and research.

Student Mentoring

• Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
• Monitor student performance, attendance, participation, and overall development.
• Conduct mentoring sessions and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in projects, presentations, case studies, competitions, and other academic activities.
• Help students develop industry-relevant skills and professional competencies.

Research & Academic Contribution

• Contribute to research activities, publications, conferences, and academic initiatives.
• Encourage research-oriented learning among students.
• Develop and publish high-quality research papers in reputed journals.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic content development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, workshops, seminars, and institutional initiatives.

Industry & Professional Engagement

• Bring relevant industry practices, contemporary business cases, and real-world applications into the classroom.
• Establish and maintain industry connections wherever applicable.
• Participate in guest lectures, workshops, management development activities, and other academic engagements.

Subject-Specific Expectations

Marketing Strategy

Strong understanding of strategic marketing, competitive strategy, segmentation, positioning, brand strategy, customer value, and strategic decision-making.

Digital Marketing

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, digital analytics, marketing automation, and emerging digital trends.

AI in Marketing

Knowledge of AI applications in marketing, Generative AI, customer analytics, personalization, predictive analytics, AI-enabled marketing automation, and emerging MarTech solutions.

B2B Marketing

Expertise in B2B marketing strategy, account-based marketing, B2B sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, channel management, and enterprise marketing.

Rural & Agriculture Marketing

Knowledge of rural markets, agricultural marketing, rural consumer behaviour, distribution networks, agri-value chains, rural marketing strategies, and emerging trends in agricultural markets.

Market Research

Strong understanding of research methodology, qualitative and quantitative research, consumer research, survey design, data interpretation, market intelligence, and statistical techniques.

SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)

Strong knowledge of SAP SD modules and business processes, including sales processes, order management, pricing, billing, delivery, logistics integration, and related SAP functionalities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. completed in the relevant discipline – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching / academic / relevant industry experience.
• Strong command over the respective subject.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
• Strong academic orientation with an interest in research and publications.
• Candidates with UGC/AICTE-aligned academic qualifications will be preferred.
• Relevant industry exposure, certifications, publications, or consulting experience will be an added advantage.
