Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at the CT Group of Institutions campus in Jalandhar I for an Assistant Professor in Pharmaceutics. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures and laboratory sessions, preparing course materials, guiding students in academic and research projects, and mentoring students in their professional development. Additional responsibilities include participation in curriculum development, contributing to academic research, and collaborating with other faculty members to ensure high-quality education delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong subject matter expertise in Pharmaceutics and associated pharmaceutical sciences.
- Excellent teaching skills, including the ability to design course materials and deliver engaging and effective lectures and practical sessions.
- Proficiency in academic research, guidance for student projects, and a demonstrated ability to publish in reputable journals.
- Effective communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills to support students and work within an academic team.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or a related field from a recognized university.
- Prior teaching or research experience in Pharmaceutics is preferred.
