Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Pedagogy: Develop and deliver engaging coursework, create syllabi, prepare lesson plans, and conduct assessments (exams/assignments) for psychology classes (e.g., Clinical, Developmental, Cognitive).
- Research & Publication: Conduct empirical research, publish findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals, and present at national/international conferences.
- Mentorship & Advising: Advise undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career pathways, and provide mentorship on research projects and theses.
- Service & Administration: Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and curriculum review processes.
- Grant Acquisition: Actively seek internal and external funding opportunities to support research initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A Ph.D. in Psychology (Awarded)
