Job Title: Assistant Professor – Physics (General Physics)
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Physics (e.g., Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Quantum Mechanics, Thermodynamics).
- Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, lab sessions, and assessments.
- Design curriculum and update course materials in line with latest developments.
- Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work.
- Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputed journals (Scopus/SCI indexed).
- Apply for research grants and collaborate with academic/industry partners.
- Participate in departmental activities, academic committees, and university events.
- Mentor students for academic and career development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics (General Physics)
*(mandatory as per University Grants Commission norms)
- Master's degree (M.Sc. Physics) with strong academic record
- Experience:0–5 years (fresh PhDs can apply; experience preferred)
- Publications: Research publications in reputed journals (preferred/required depending on level)

- Teaching aptitude and communication skills
- Research orientation with publication track record
- Ability to use modern teaching tools (LMS, simulations, etc.)
