Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Master of Design (MDesign) at CT Group of Institutions, located in Jalandhar I. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, facilitating classroom discussions, developing coursework and curriculum, and mentoring students. They will also contribute to research in their field, participate in academic activities, and collaborate with colleagues to advance the institution's academic objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Master of Design subjects, with relevant teaching and research experience
- Proficiency in innovative teaching methodologies, curriculum development, and hands-on design practices
- Skilled in research, creative problem solving, and critical thinking to guide student projects and academic growth
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities to foster student development
- Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to integrate them into academic programs
- Master's or doctoral degree in Design or a related field required
- Prior academic or professional experience in design is preferred
