About the Role:
KLH Global Business school invites applications for a faculty position in Marketing Management. We seek a dynamic and research-oriented individual with a strong commitment to teaching, research, and service. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field, with expertise in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, or related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing Management and related subjects.
- Conduct rigorous research leading to publications in reputable academic journals.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committees.
- Engage in outreach and service activities that enhance the reputation and impact of the school.
- Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to consultancy and executive education programs
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Strong research record or potential for scholarly publications in top-tier journals.
- Demonstrated excellence or potential in teaching Marketing Management.
- Minimum 810. years of teaching or industry experience
- Experience or interest in supervising graduate students.
- Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
