Role Summary:
The role involves delivering contemporary marketing education, developing curriculum and case-based delivery, engaging in research, and strengthening industry linkages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach subjects including Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Analytics, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Neuro Marketing, Social Media Marketing, International Marketing, and related subjects.
- Design, develop, implement, and periodically review curriculum.
- Mentor students for projects, internships, placements, and research work.
- Support students and participation in industry interactions, competitions, certifications, internships, and placements.
- Collaborate with industry for live projects, guest lectures, and academic partnerships
- Publish scholarly research in recognized journals.
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Marketing or a related discipline from a recognized university (Ph.D. thesis-submitted candidates may apply).
- First class or equivalent at Master's and Bachelor's level degrees (MBA / M.COM/ B.COM/ BBA).
- NET/SET/SLET qualification or equivalent qualification as per UGC norms.
- Consistent academic record with strong evidence of research output.
- Foreign degrees, if any must be duly recognized/equivalenced by the UGC / AIU.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of contemporary marketing tools, analytics, and digital platforms.
- Strong presentation, communication, and student engagement skills.
- Well versed in using cases, simulations, experiential projects, and other innovative teaching methods.
