This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Management (Finance) based in Jaipur. The role involves teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in management and finance, developing curriculum aligned with industry standards, conducting impactful research, and mentoring students to support their academic growth. The Assistant Professor will also contribute to departmental activities and collaboratively work toward enhancing the educational experience for students.

• Proficiency in University Teaching, including delivering lectures, interactive sessions, and providing academic guidance to students.
• Strong expertise in Organizational Behavior and Curriculum Development to design and implement relevant and effective course material.
• Experience in conducting Research in management and finance to contribute to academic literature and institutional knowledge development.
• Knowledge of Marketing concepts and their applications in the field of management and finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster engaging learning environments.
• Ph.D. in Management, Finance, or a related field (preferred); candidates with significant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Passion for education and the ability to inspire and mentor students.
