Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mohali district for the role of Assistant Professor of Management. The responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures, preparing and updating a relevant curriculum, mentoring students, and fostering academic growth. The role also involves conducting research in the field of management, collaborating with peers on university-level initiatives, and supporting marketing efforts related to academic programs.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and ability in Organizational Behavior and Curriculum Development.
  • Experience in University Teaching and delivering lectures to higher education students.
  • Proficiency in conducting academic and practical Research within the field of Management.
  • Basic understanding of Marketing and its integration into curriculum and student development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and faculty.
  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Management or a related field (essential).
  • Prior experience in academic leadership or mentorship roles is preferred.
