Qualifications & Experience

Necessary

• Master's degree in the relevant subject (earned through regular full-time mode of study) with minimum 55% marks
• PhD and/or NET/SET in the same subject or in an allied field.

Strongly Preferred

• PhD in the same subject/allied field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching at undergraduate/graduate level.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy and pedagogical/research tools in higher education.

Desirable

• Excellent publication record.
• Experience in a reputed HEI/University/Business School.
• Experience in collaborating closely with the Industry.
• International experience.
