Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management

• Deliver high-quality lectures and interactive sessions on Human Resource Management and related MBA subjects.
• Engage in curriculum development and course material creation aligned with current industry practices and academic standards.
• Provide mentorship and academic support to students, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, case studies, presentations, and feedback sessions to track student progress and ensure academic excellence.
• Contribute to academic research, case development, and other academic initiatives in collaboration with the Sunstone team.
• Incorporate real-world HR practices, industry trends, and practical examples into classroom teaching.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, faculty development programs, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Strong academic foundation and sound knowledge of Human Resource Management and related management subjects.
• Passion for teaching and contributing to student learning and success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use practical examples, case studies, and industry insights to enhance student learning.
• Prior teaching experience or academic involvement is a plus, but not mandatory.
