This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of HR and Finance, located in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting lectures and seminars, mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students, and promoting research activities in the fields of Human Resources (HR) and Finance. The candidate will also participate in curriculum development, contribute to academic publications, and collaborate with industry professionals to enhance the institution's practical learning experience. The role requires active participation in departmental activities and engagement in interdisciplinary academic initiatives.

• Proficiency in Human Resources, HR Management, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration and Employee Training methodologies
• Strong teaching, counseling, and mentoring skills
• Experience in academic research and publication is a plus
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative academic environment
• Master's or doctoral degree in HR, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to integrate theoretical concepts with real-world industry practices
