Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Professor / Soft Skills & Corporate Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs in English language/communication.

Qualifications:

• Educational: Postgraduate in English
• Experience: 2-4 years of teaching/research experience in reputed institutions/ corporate

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Development

• Teach undergraduate courses in English, Communication Skills, and Professional Ethics.
• Design, review, and update course content to align with AICTE and RTU guidelines.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars using innovative pedagogical techniques.
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, assignments, and exams.

Student Mentorship & Development

• Provide academic and career counselling to students.
• Encourage student participation in debates, communication clubs, and other co-curricular activities.
• Promote ethical and value-based education.
