Assistant Professor of Computer Science

Area of Specialisation:

·   IoT, AI & ML, Data Science, Computer Vision

·   Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Python, MATLAB, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch, IoT frameworks, cloud platforms.

Eligibility:

• M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science or allied disciplines with UGC-NET/GATE qualification.
• Ph.D. in the relevant or allied discipline is preferred.

·      Eligibility conditions and terms of engagement shall be as per UGC norms and institutional regulations.

KRAs:

·      Ability to teach core and elective courses in Computer Science, including papers related to IoT, ImageProcessing, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, and Data Science

·      Student mentorship, academic advising, and supervision of field-based components

·      Participation in departmental and institutional academic activities

·      Establish industry interaction for internships, live projects, expert lectures, and collaborative research

·      Develop IoT-based and vision-based real-time applications

·      Encourage student innovation, hackathons, and competitions
