Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, based in Chennai. The role involves teaching undergraduate and/or graduate-level computer science courses, developing and designing curricula, mentoring students, and conducting research in specialized areas. Additional responsibilities include evaluating students progress, preparing academic materials, and participating in departmental activities to advance the institution's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science and expertise in areas such as Data Science and Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in Programming and related technical skills.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and a passion for enhancing academic programs.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, although a Master's degree with significant teaching or industry experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and publish in reputable journals is a plus.
