Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, located at Amity University's Ranchi campus. The position involves delivering high-quality education to students, conducting lectures, creating course materials, mentoring students in academic and research projects, and contributing to innovative curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include engaging in research activities, publishing papers in reputable journals, and participating in academic events and conferences to further the department's growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in core Computer Science topics, including principles, theory, and application of the field
• Proficiency in Programming and foundational knowledge of software development
• In-depth understanding and experience in Data Science and Cybersecurity
• Ability to design, develop, and enhance curriculum to meet modern academic and industrial standards
• Strong research skills and a proven track record of scholarly publications in relevant fields
• Ph.D. (Pursuing/Thesis Submitted/Completed).
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the higher education level is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills
