Role Description The Assistant Professor of Computer Science will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in core Computer Science and related areas, including Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Programming. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, designing and updating course curricula, creating assignments and exams, supervising student projects, and providing academic advising and mentorship. The role involves engaging in scholarly activities such as research, collaboration on academic or industry projects, and contributing to CTPL's EdTech initiatives and digital learning solutions. The Assistant Professor will also participate in departmental meetings, curriculum committees, and outreach activities to strengthen partnerships with higher education institutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts and applications.
• Expertise in Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar languages) for teaching and project supervision.
• Knowledge of Data Science methods, tools, and techniques relevant to modern curricula.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity principles and practices suitable for academic instruction.
• Experience in Curriculum Development for technology-focused programs and courses.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Prior teaching or academic experience in higher education is highly desirable.
• Ability to integrate digital tools and EdTech platforms into teaching and assessment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
