Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Computer Science located at the Amity University campus in Hyderabad. The role involves preparing and delivering lectures, developing and enhancing course curricula, conducting research in relevant computing fields, and engaging students in innovative learning approaches. Additional responsibilities include mentorship of students, coordinating academic activities, and contributing to institutional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core Computer Science concepts and principles.
• Expertise in Curriculum Development, with the ability to design and update courses to meet modern academic and industry standards.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in Data Science and Cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Programming languages and tools relevant to current industry practices.
• PhD in Computer Science/Information Technology (Thesis Submitted candidates can apply).
• Proven teaching experience in higher education and a track record of publications in relevant domains are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
