Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Assistant Professors to join our growing Computer Science department at our Sonipat campus. If you are passionate about teaching, excited about mentoring young minds, and eager to contribute to cutting-edge academic work, we would love to meet you. Whether your expertise lies in Mathematics, DSA, Web Development, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Backend/Frontend Development, DevOps, or System Design, you will play a key role in shaping strong, industry-ready talent.

Your responsibilities will include delivering impactful lectures, developing relevant curriculum, guiding students through labs and real projects, and contributing to the academic growth of the department.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Teaching & Learning

Teach and engage students across a range of Computer Science subjects.

Build and refine course content to keep it relevant and impactful.

Lead lab sessions, support hands-on learning, and guide students through practical projects.

Provide consistent support through mentoring, tutoring, and doubt-solving.

Academic Ownership & Innovation

Take ownership of student learning outcomes and overall academic quality.

Lead or contribute to research initiatives, innovation projects, and departmental development.

Cultivate a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring learning environment.

Collaboration & Administration

Work collaboratively with faculty, academic teams, and industry partners to enhance learning experiences.

Actively participate in department events, academic committees, and institutional initiatives.

Build strong relationships with students and colleagues to support a vibrant academic culture.

Qualifications

PhD in Computer Science or a related field.

Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic roles is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching and student development.

Familiarity with industry tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to your area of expertise.
