We are seeking an Assistant Professor for our MBA program who will be responsible for teaching, research, and student mentoring. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in academia or industry, with a strong background in business administration.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and engage students in discussions on various topics related to MBA curriculum.
  • Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and examinations.
  • Conduct research in relevant fields and publish findings in reputed journals.
  • Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional pursuits.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and academic initiatives.
  • Engage in community service and outreach programs to promote the institution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • PhD or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of MBA subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Experience in research and publication in academic journals.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and educational technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
