Job Title: Assistant Professor - Law
Location: School of Law, NMIMS Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures, case discussions, and practical sessions.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research, and publish in reputed national and international journals.
- Contribute to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and academic committees.
- Foster an environment of experiential learning, innovation, and analytical thinking among students.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, student mentoring, and institutional events.
- Guide and mentor students in projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
Qualifying Criteria
Essential
- Master's Degree in a related discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade, with a good academic record.
- The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or SLET/SET accredited by the UGC.
OR
- The candidate should hold a Doctorate in the relevant area of specialization.
Desirable
Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, research, industrial, and/or professional roles in a reputed organization.
- Papers presented at conferences and/or published in referred journals.
