Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor (Law) at CT Group of Institutions located in Jalandhar. The Assistant Professor will engage in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate law courses, facilitate classroom discussions, assess student performance, and guide them in academic research. The role also includes developing and updating curriculum, participating in faculty meetings, contributing to departmental initiatives, and mentoring students in their academic growth and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Law, with specialization in Constitutional Law and/or Criminal Law.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and effectively communicate complex legal concepts to students.
  • Proficiency in conducting academic research in the field of law and contributing to scholarly publications.
  • Experience in curriculum development and a commitment to fostering interactive and innovative learning environments.
  • Must hold a Master's degree or higher in Law (LL.M or equivalent); a Ph.D. in Law or relevant certifications is preferred.
  • UGC NET & Punjabi in 10th Standard is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
  • Prior teaching experience and familiarity with university-level education systems will be an advantage.
