Qualification:
- Ph.D in Food Technology is Mandatory
- B.,Tech & M.Tech/M.E in Food Technology / Food Engineering / Food Processing / Dairy Technology / Food Science & Nutrition / Food Safety or relevant specialization.
Teaching & Academics:
Deliver lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in core Food Technology subjects such as:
- Food Processing & Preservation
- Food Microbiology
- Food Chemistry
- Food Packaging
- Dairy Technology
- Food Safety & Quality Control
Experience
- Fresher or up to 2 years of teaching/research/industry experience post-M.Tech.
- Teaching experience during M.Tech (as a teaching assistant) is considered desirable.
Location: Guntur Andhra Pradesh
