IISM Asia's 1st & largest Sports Management Institute is expanding its academic team.

We are looking for a passionate educator and academic coordinator who combines management expertise, strong analytical and operational understanding, and a deep connection with the world of sports. IISM is a proud recipient of the Rashtriya Khel Protsahan Puruskar, conferred by the Hon'ble President of India in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the promotion and development of sports in the country in 2020.

Key Responsibilities

Teach core management subjects: HR, Marketing, Finance, Business Communication, and Statistics

Plan and deliver lessons, assessments, and engaging student learning activities

Mentor students on academic projects, internships, and career development

Coordinate timetables, academic operations, and faculty schedules

Manage attendance, submissions, and internal assessments

Support workshops, guest lectures, and industry interactions

Contribute to curriculum design, updates, and quality improvement initiatives

Collaborate with teams on data-driven decision-making and academic reporting.

Qualifications

PhD or Master's in Management / Business Administration

Specialization in HR, Marketing, Finance, or Statistics preferred

45 years of teaching experience (Sports Management experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of the sports ecosystem, current industry trends, and operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Passion for both education and sports is essential
